1. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas A and B).
2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spherical cutter (area C).
3. Remove rear outer reinforcement.
4. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter and spherical cutter (areas D - G).
5. Loosen sheet metal lug and fold back (area D).
6. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (area H).

7. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas I, J, K, L and N).

8. Expose spot welds on inside of vehicle and cut out with spot weld cutter (area M).

9. Expose spot welds on inside of vehicle and cut out with spotweld cutter (area O).
10. Remove rear inner wheelhouse

11. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Grind spot welding flanges down to bare metal on both sides.
12. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
13. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
