REAR SHELF

1. Screw two mounts (1) for right guide rail to rear shelf with one screw each (2) as shown in figure.

   FR = Toward front of vehicle 

   Length of screws M6x10. Align free nut for mount to second mounting hole when tightening

2. Screw two mounts (1) for left guide rail to rear shelf with one screw each (2) as shown in figure.

   FR = Toward front of vehicle 

   Length of screws M6x10. Align free nut for mount to second mounting hole when tightening

3. Position right guide rail (4) on rear shelf and screw to free mount nuts (1) with two screws (6 and 7) and spacer sleeves (3 and 4).

   Observe length of spacer sleeves and screws:

   Spacer sleeve (3) = 26 mm

   Screw (6) = M6x40

   Spacer sleeve (4) = 21 mm

   Screw (7) = M6x35

   Position guide rail on rear shelf so that drawer guide points toward center of vehicle (arrow).

4. Position left guide rail (9) on rear shelf and screw to free mount nuts (1) with two screws (10) and spacer sleeves (8).

   Observe length of spacer sleeves and screws:

   Spacer sleeve (8) = 34 mm

   Screw (10) = M6x50

   Position guide rail on rear shelf so that drawer guide points toward center of vehicle (arrow).

5. Press catch of left and right drawer lock (11) against spring force toward inside, position drawer in guide rails (5 and (9) and slide in to front end stop.

   When inserting the drawer locks catch noticeably into the rear end stops (12) after approx. 100 mm. Only a slightly increase in the force is required to overcome the stops. If the drawer cannot be inserted into the guide rails or only with increased force loosen one or both guide rails and adjust easy motion for guides by moving rails to side.

1. 5 Check easy motion of drawer, adjust if necessary.
   • When pulling the drawer in or out from the end position a slight resistance should be felt when the drawer locks are released from the end stops.
   • When the drawer locks are released it should be possible to move the drawer easily and the drawer should arrest when the end stop is reached.
   • For adjusting easy motion and catch resistance loosen one or both guide rails and move toward inside or outside.
