Remove/install hydraulic line of power steering with engine 113, 272 downstream of power steering radiator- AR46.25-P-3015VH

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. -
NOTES Before opening the hydraulic system of the power steering, thoroughly clean the area surrounding the separation point. Even minute particles of dirt, introduced into the hydraulic components, can result in malfunctions or damage to the power steering    
1 Open engine hood and raise to vertical position   AR88.40-P-1000V
2 Remove left intake air duct (1)    
3 Suction off oil out of power steering expansion reservoir (2) SPECIAL TOOL Hand pump Figure
4 Loosen hose clamp (3) and detach hydraulic line (4) from power steering expansion reservoir (2) IMPORTANT Use a rag to clear up any escaping oil and seal the line connections using stop plugs SPECIAL TOOL .  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA46.30-P-1004-01F 
    SPECIAL TOOL Set of stop plugs Figure
5 Loosen hose clamp (5) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA46.30-P-1011-01D 
6 Detach hydraulic line (4) from power steering radiator (6) and remove IMPORTANT Use a rag to clear up any escaping oil and seal the line connections using stop plugs SPECIAL TOOL . Check condition of hose clamp (3, 5) and hydraulic line (4) and replace if necessary.

7 Install in the reverse order    
DANGER Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

8 Fill power steering pump and bleed   AR46.30-P-0010V 
9 Check oil level in power steering expansion reservoir (2), correct if necessary    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE Power steering - checking and correcting oil level   AP46.00-P-4611V 
10 Check function of power steering and for leaks
