	Remove
1	Remove paneling (5) from outer A-pillar		AR88.80-P-8500V
	Install
2	Position base plate (1) and fasten with screw (2)	Base plate (1) is used as drilling template
3	Drill holes for rivet connection	Drill dia. 4.1 mm holes.
		Drill (electric/pneumatic)	*WE58.40-Z-1001-03A
4	Remove base plate (1)
5	Deburr all holes	Apply corrosion protection agent
6	Apply seam sealant to base plate (1)	Sealant	*BR00.45-Z-1003-01A
7	Position base plate (1) and fasten with screw (2)	Before fastening screw (2) insert rivets (4) into holes
8	Complete rivet connections	PowerBird blind rivet tool	*WE58.40-Z-1003-14A
		Blind rivet	*BR00.45-Z-1003-13A
9	Remove screw (2)
10	Spread excessive seam sealant	Close rivet holes (4) with seam sealant to prevent water from penetrating
11	Supplement cavity preservation in area to be repaired	Cavity preservation gun Sata HRS no. 11072	*WE58.40-Z-1006-08A
		MB cavity wax preservation, 1 |	*BR00.45-Z-1003-05A
12.1	Replace covering (6) in paneling (5) on A-pillar with a new one	Only on roof carrier mount, code 726 Use covering (6) from parts kit and paint to match color of car.
13.1	Install paneling (5) on outer A-pillar	Only with retrofit roof rack mounting, code 726 Replace paneling (5) without roof rack mounting, code 726 with new paneling (5) with roof rack mounting, code 726 and use covering (6) from parts kit	AR88.80-P-8500V
14.1	Install rivet nuts on left and right for rear roof rack mounting	Only on vehicles without roof rack mounting, code 726 When installing rivet nuts on left and right for rear roof rack mounting, replace trunk lid seal: ↓ Model 171.4## except 171.473 1#
		Retrofit roof rack mounting	AN77.50-P-1000V
