Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 4 | Unclip coolant hose (6) from mount on right cooler (4) | ||
| 5 | Detach lower engine compartment paneling | AR61.20-P-1105V | |
| 6 | Disconnect connector (7) at fan shroud (5) | ||
| 7 | Close off coolant hose (8) at cooler (10) and hang to one side | - | |

| 8 | Remove mount on cooler on the left (3) and mount on cooler on the right (4) | ||
| 9 | Lever fan shroud (5) out of cooler mount (9) and remove fan shroud (5) downwards | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 11 | Check and correct engine cooling system fluid level | AP20.00-P-2011G | |
| 12 | Inspect cooling system for leaks | AR20.00-P-1010V | |
| 13 | Bleed cooling system | ||
