TELE AID telediagnosis 

Telediagnosis call (roadside assistance call) 

When the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6) is pressed, an SMS is automatically sent to the service center. The following data are automatically transmitted in a roadside assistance call:

• Vehicle position
• Vehicle identification data (telephone number)
• Status data
• Fault code

MB-Info call 

When the user presses the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6), the service is activated. If the service is authorized and no higher-priority service is active, the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) sends an SMS to the service center. The following data are transmitted:

• Vehicle position
• Vehicle identification data (telephone number)
