Washer pump, function - GF82.35-P-4101-01S

For operation of the windshield washer  the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1)  pumps the windshield washer fluid from the windshield washer reservoir through the hoses and windshield washer nozzles to the windshield.

For this purpose ground is connected to the motor for the windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1)  by the right front SAM control module (N10/7).

This actuation is accomplished directly by an electronic switch (transistor) in the control module and not  by a relay.
