	Removal, installation
1	Remove tensioning element (2)		AR91.10-P-1910N
2	Move head restraint (1) all the way down
3	Pull head restraint (1) out of head restraint mount (3) on head restraint raise/lower motor (M25m4, M26m4)	Installation  : Do not damage head restraint mount (3)
4	Install in opposite order
