ME-SFI acceleration enrichment - function - GF07.61-P-3015SM
ENGINE 113.986
ENGINE 113.987
ENGINE 113.988
ENGINE 113.989
Dynamic acceleration enrichment prevents jerking when accelerating.
During fast opening of the throttle valve the mixture leans out briefly and is enriched briefly during fast closing of the throttle valve. This results in a brief mixture adaptation in which an additional or a reduced quantity of fuel is allocated to the engine depending on the performance map by the ME control unit (N3/10).
Acceleration enrichment is dependent on:
- Coolant temperature
- Rate of load change (rate of depressing or releasing accelerator)
- Engine speed
- Engine load
- Correction programming using STAR DIAGNOSIS
