The fuel manifold is located between the cylinder bank on the variable intake manifold.
Task
- Injection valve are supplied equally with fuel under all operating conditions
- Pressure measurement connection for checking and releasing the fuel pressure (during assembly operations)
Design
The injection valves are installed in the fuel distribution tube with an O-ring and a retaining clamp. A pressure measurement connection (with valve) is installed for diagnostic purposes and for assembly operations.
