Remove/install air pump switchover valve - AR14.30-P-7255H

ENGINE 275 in MODEL 215, 216, 220, 221, 230 

ENGINE 285 in MODEL 240

	Remove/install
1	Remove right air filter housing.	Model 215, 216, 220, 221, 230	AR09.10-P-1150LA
		Model 240	AR09.10-P-1150H
2	Dismount right charge air cooler from engine and connect with connected coolant hoses to engine hood	Do not open low temperature circuit.	AR09.41-P-6817HH
3	Dismount pneumatic lines (1) at air pump switchover valve (Y32)	Check pneumatic lines (1) for wear and damage.
		Installation:  Replace if required.
4	Disconnect electrical connector (2) at air pump switchover valve (Y32)
5	Lift locking detent (4) and detach air pump switchover valve (Y32) in direction of travel from bracket (3)
6	Install in the reverse order
