Removing and installing rear door liner - AR72.12-P-1010MC

MODELS 220.175 /178 with CODE (Z04) Light armoring

	Remove/install
1	Pry off trim strip (1) from door control module cover (2)		Figure
2	Unscrew bolts (15) and press out door control module cover (2) from door lining (4) and remove		Figure
3	Disconnect connector from door control module on left, right (N69/3, N69/4) and detach door control module cover (2)
4	Remove door handle cover (3) from door handle
5	Remove cover (5) from inner door handle
6	Unscrew bolt (10) and (11) from inner door handle
7	Detach cover (12) and unscrew bolt (13) underneath
8	Unscrew bolt (6) from lock flange (7) and detach lock flange
9	Unscrew bolts (14)
10	Slide cover (16) downward, unscrew bolt (18) and detach guide (17)	Only for vehicle with sun blind. Do not damage cover (16).
11	Pry off door lining (4) from inner door panel and move out upward	Move assembly wedge (8) directly onto each fastening clip (9) and ensure that the retainer tabs of the fastening clips do not tear out of the door lining (4).	Figure
12	Unhook control cable from door interior actuating mechanism
13	Check sound deadener and fastening clips (9)	Replace damaged sound deadener and fastening clips.
14	Install in the reverse order	Installation:  Fastening clips (9) remaining on the inner door panel must be removed and attached to the corresponding position on the door lining (4).
