Do not twist telescopic springs (2) when removed Always twist both telescopic springs (2) uniformly For correct adjustment of the telescopic springs (2) the trunk lid should include all detachable body components such as warning triangle, license plate, etc.
- Turn telescopic spring (2) in direction of arrow (A) to reduce tension
- Turn telescopic spring (2) in direction of arrow (B) to increase tension
The trunk lid must open completely and should not swing back more than max. 4 cm after reaching the end position.
