	Removing
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
1	Detach hydraulic line (4) from shift cylinder (3)	Seal connections.

2	Unscrew union nut (5) and disconnect electrical connector on pressure switch (2)
3	Mark the installed position of the cylindrical actuator (3) relative to the axle tube	Only when shift cylinder (3) or parts of the differential lock are not replaced.
4	Remove the mounting bolts and remove shift cylinder (3)
	Install
5	Set mounting bore (6) for shift sleeve in the center of the opening in the axle tube
6.1	Mount shift cylinder (3) on the axle tube and screw in the mounting bolts	When installing the old shift cylinder (3) and without replacing parts of the differential lock. Install shift cylinder (3) with new seal (1) in the installation position marked.

6.2	Install and adjust shift cylinder (3)	When installing a new shift cylinder (3) or when parts of the differential lock have been replaced. Install new seal (1).	AR35.40-P-9131-02F

7	Mount connector of electrical connection and screw on union nut (5)
8	Fit hydraulic line (4)
