Removing and installing the circulation pump for the low temperature water circuit - AR09.41-P-6925GX

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install     
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C.
Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

1 Drain coolant   AR20.00-P-1142GX
2 Remove the front engine cover (1) IMPORTANT Pull off the front engine cover (1) towards the top.  
3 Remove air intake hose (2) IMPORTANT Remove only the right side.  
4 Detach the coolant hoses (3, 4) at the charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
5 Detach the electrical connector (5) at the charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
6 Remove the heat protection shield (6)    
7 Remove charge air cooler circulation pump (M44)    
8 Install in the reverse order    
9 Pour in coolant   AR20.00-P-1142GX
10 Bleed low temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1145GX
