	Remove/install
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work	Before starting engine, actuate brake pedal several times until the pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A
1	Remove brake disk	Front axle	AR42.10-P-0070GX
		Rear axle	AR42.10-P-0080GX
	Notes on repairs to brake system	All models	AH42.00-P-0003-01A
2	Check lining thickness of brake pads and condition of brake disks and replace if necessary
	Check lining thickness of brake pads and condition of brake disks		AP42.10-P-4251G
		If the brake pads have worn beyond the permissible wear limit, the web between the sealing groove and dust cap may be damaged, check if necessary: ↓
		Inspect brake system for leaks with pressure tester.	AR42.10-P-0015GX
3	Remove bolt (1) and detach brake caliper support (2) from front axle or rear axle	Front axle	*BA42.10-P-1003-03G
		Rear axle	*BA42.10-P-1003-17B
4	Remove bolt (3) and detach brake disk (4)	Installation:  When replacing the brake disks (4) always replace in pairs. Always replace bolt (3).
5	Clean interference fit (arrow) on brake disk and wheel hub and grease lightly with MB-long-life grease		*BR00.45-Z-1001-06A
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Check brake fluid level
