Remove/install engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler - AR09.41-P-8623T

	Remove/Install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling from the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove bottom section of sound-proofing capsule		AR94.30-P-5300T
2	Detach the charge air hose from the charge air cooler; to do this, release the securing clamps	Small quantities of oil or oil marks in the charge air hose are normal, and are due to the crankcase ventilation. Installation:  Inspect the charge air hose and sealing rings for damage and replace if necessary. Ensure that the securing clamps are fitted correctly.
3	Detach bracket (3) from the crankcase and unclip bracket (4) at the crankcase
4	Unscrew the lower bolt on the right engine mount and raise the engine	See ↓
		Remove front engine mount	AR22.10-P-1260T
5	Loosen the screws (1) and pull the charge air duct (2) downwards and out		*BA09.41-P-1008-01A
6	Install in the reverse order
