	Lift/lower vehicle
	Risk of death  cased by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1.1	Raise the vehicle with the lifting platform and secure it on the lifting platform	When removing major assemblies (e.g. engine, transmission, axles)	AR00.60-P-0100T
		The vehicle must be secured to the lifting platform to prevent it from falling off during removal of major assemblies.
		When the vehicle is secured to the lifting platform, the underfloor paneling can be removed.
1.2	Attach the adapters (01) into the lift support points (1) on the side skirts	When removing the underfloor paneling

2.1	Adjust the support plates (02) on the lifting platform support arms (03) to the vehicle height	When the vehicle is not secured
		Rotate the support plates (02) until they contact the adapters (01) or the lift support points (1) on the side skirts.
3.1	Raise vehicle with lifting platform	When the vehicle is not secured

4	Follow the sequence in reverse order when lowering the vehicle
	Jack up/lower the vehicle
5	Raise the vehicle with an inspection pit lift or a floor jack	Inspection pit lift	*WE58.40-Z-1002-05A

6	Secure the vehicle against tipping and falling	Place jack stands beneath the lift support points (1).

7	Follow the sequence in reverse order when lowering the vehicle
