Prepare headliner for installing impact absorber - AR68.30-P-4300-11Q

- Place new headliner (1) onto a suitable clean base.
- Underlay new headliner (1) with suitable clean spacers, e.g. foamed material or styrofoam pads.
Do not use any hard or sharp-edged objects, otherwise the covering of the new headliner (1) will be damaged.
The foamed material or styrofoam pads prevent that the new headliner (1) bends during the consequential steps.
- Position new impact absorbers (2, 3) onto new headliner (1).
- Mark exterior contour of the impact absorbers (2, 3) on the new headliner (1).
- Remove impact absorbers (2, 3) and clean adhesive surface.
- Apply adhesive to adhesive surface of impact absorbers (2, 3) and glue impact absorbers (2, 3) onto headliner (1) within the marked contour line.
