  1. Install outer rear wheel well with rear fender, fit and fasten.
  2. Install taillamp, rubber seal and locking eye.
  3. Check and adjust gaps:

    Rear fender to taillamp

    Trunk lid to top of rear fender

    Trunk lid cover to taillamp

    Front door to upper side section

    Front door to lower side section

    IMPORTANT Use feeler gage!

  4. Install outer rear wheel well
  5. Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (area F and G).
  6. Remove rear outer wheel well and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

  7. Install rear outer wheel well and fasten with pop-up rivets with locking thread.
  8. Rivet outer rear wheel well with 6.4 x 14 mm dia. Polygrip flat head rivets (area F and G).

  9. Rear outer wheel well POLARIZATION RESISTANCE SINGLE-ROW SPOT WELD (areas A, B, D and E).
  10. Rear outer wheel well SHIELDED GAS SEAM WELD (area C).
  11. Clean weld with wire brush.
  12. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  13. Coat weld and inner adjacent surfaces with zinc dust paint.
