Carrying out bleeding operation - AR42.10-P-0010-02P

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Open bleed screw at brake caliper (1), allow approx. 80 cm ³ of brake fluid to flow out free of bubbles, bleeding pressure 2 bar.
Repeat bleeding operation at brake calipers 2, 3, 4, allowing 80 cm ³ of brake fluid to flow out free of bubbles at each brake caliper.
Close bleed screw.
