Remove/install fire extinguishing system temperature sensor - AR86.10-P-0102MBD

MODEL 220.1 /8 as of 15.4.04 with CODE (Z04) Light armoring with CODE (Z07) Top protection with fire extinguishing system, rear fire extinguishing system temperature sensor

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Danger of actuating fire extinguishing system when the work sequence is not observed.    
1 Switch off ignition, detach transmitter key from electronic ignition switch control unit    
2 Remove fuses no. 54 and no. 58 in rear fuse and relay module IMPORTANT The rear fuse and relay module is located below the right rear seat  
REFER TO BASIC KNOWLEDGE Fuse assignment of rear fuse and relay box   GF54.15-P-1256-01MB
3 Remove rear seat cushion Model 220.1 with code (223) Electrically adjustable rear bench seat or Model 220.875/878 with Vis-a-vis seats AR91.12-P-1020M
    Model 220.1 without code (223) Electrically adjustable rear bench seat or without code (224) Electrically adjustable individual rear seats, with seat ventilation, seat heater and memory package AR91.12-P-1020MA
    Model 220.1 with code (224) Electrically adjustable individual rear seats, with seat ventilation, seat heater and memory package AR91.12-P-1020MB
4 Expose rear fire extinguishing system temperature sensor connector (B65/1x1) and disconnect    
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
5 Raise vehicle NOTES Do not damage extinguishing agent lines on fire extinguishing system when jacking up vehicle.  
6 Loosen bolt (1) and remove bracket (2) with rear fire extinguishing system temperature sensor (B65/1) NOTESInstallation:  Ensure that the line of the rear fire extinguishing system temperature sensor (B65/1) is routed without chafing (arrow).  
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Perform self-test for fire extinguishing system   AR86.10-P-0101-01MB
