		Remove/install paneling on D-pillar	AR68.30-P-4495PA
4	Unscrew screws (1)	Simultaneously remove luggage eyes (2), if present.
5	Remove substructure for front load compartment floor	Model 203.7 Loosen only and position vertically.	AR68.20-P-4820PA
6	Remove warning triangle from spare wheel recess (3)	Except for Model 203.2
7.1	Remove spare wheel
7.2	Remove tool holder	Except for Model 203.2
8	Unscrew screws (4) from shield (5)
9	Remove rubber plug (6)
10	Remove stud bolt (7)
	Risk of injury  from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out glued windows	Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.	AS67.00-Z-0001-01A

	Install
13	Prepare body flange for installation of window		AR67.10-P-1501-01P
14	Install sleeves (8) in new spare wheel recess (3)
15	Clean glue flange on spare wheel recess (3) with cleaning rag from cleaning set	Dry with drying cloth.
16	Apply plastic primer to glue flange of spare wheel recess (3)	Allow primer to air-dry for at least 10 minutes.
17	Apply glue	To glue flange of spare wheel recess (3). Height of glue bead approx. 13 mm.	AR67.10-P-1000-08P
		Betagun 2K electric cartridge gun	*WH58.30-Z-1002-20A
18	Insert spare wheel recess (3) into body opening.
19	Center spare wheel recess (3) and press on by slightly knocking with plastic hammer all the way around.	Curing time is approx. 1 hour, measured from the time the spare wheel recess is inserted.
20	Install stud bolt (7)
21	Install rubber plug (6)
22	Screw screws (4) into shield (5)
23.1	Install tool holder	Except for Model 203.2
23.2	Install spare wheel
24	Insert warning triangle into spare wheel recess (3)	Except for Model 203.2

26	Seal sleeves (6) against water ingress
