Telediagnosis call (roadside assistance call) 

The MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6) is used to automatically send an SMS to the service center.

During a roadside assistance call, the following data are automatically transmitted as an SMS:

• Vehicle position
• Customer identification data
• Vehicle identification data
• Status data
• Error code

MB information call, function 

The user activates this service by pressing the MB-Info and breakdown assistance button group (S93/6). If the service is authorized and no higher-priority service is active, the emergency call system control unit (N123/4) transmits an SMS to the service center. The SMS contains the following data:

• Vehicle position
• Customer identification data
• Vehicle identification data
