Converting front bumper - AZ88.00-P-0001-02L

Preparation 

1. Remove standard bumper.
2. Remove headlight (1).
3. Remove internal component (2), detach bumper impact absorber (3), Parktronic wiring harness (4), mounting rails (5).
4. Remove towing bracket cover (7) and headlamp cleaning system round cover plate (6)
5. Remove moldings (8), license plate cover (10) and grill (9).

Conversion 

6. Trim enclosed internal component in crosshatched area.

7. Rivet extended wheelhouse lining on right and left-hand side.

Assembly 

8. Assemble bumper in reverse order.
9. Rivet center rib between internal component and outer paneling.
10. Arrest grill (9).

    

    On vehicles with equipment code 954 (Avantgarde) replace both standard mounts part no.: A203 626 07 14 und A 203 626 08 14 on body.
