Shift Lever Mount Changed
Transmission 716.6 As Of 6/1/2000 In Chassis 170, 203, 208, 210 Except Code (424) Sequentronic (SEQ) Manual Transmission
The shift lever mount was changed as of approximately 6/1/2000. The stop (1) is now made of metal rather than of plastic. It is therefore possible to set the gearshift system exactly using a gage.
