Switch dome lamps on/off, function - GF82.20-P-2033R

Switching dome lamp on/off manually: 

When the dome lamp on/off switch (N70s4) in the overhead control panel (N70) is pressed, the dome lamp (N70e1) is switched on dimmed.

The lamp is switched off from the dimmed position by resetting this switch or automatically 30 minutes after no activity on databus to minimize the drain on the battery.

If the lamp has been switched on manually  , it is not possible to perform any of the automatic functions explained below.

IMPORTANTRequirements for automatic functions: 

Automatic functions of dome lamp 

ATA alarm 

In the event of an ATA alarm the lamp is switched on immediately without dimming  .

Actuation 

The lamp is actuated internally in the overhead control panel control module (N70) in which the lamp and the rocker switch are integrated.

The overhead control panel control module receives the following information for this purpose:

Under- or overvoltages 

If an undervoltage or overvoltage exists, the lamp is switched off immediately without dimming  . As soon as the correct voltage is restored, the lamp is switched on without dimming  .

If an ATA alarm  is triggered, the lamp is not  switched off.
