Combination switch, function - GF82.30-P-2100-04R

For various functions the combination switch (S4)  has various switch groups.

All switch positions are read in by the jacket tube module (N80)  and their state is relayed to the passenger compartment CAN bus  as CAN message.

The switch groups are read in voltage-coded  . Five leads are sufficient for all functions.

Left and right turn signal lamp switch (S4s1): 

The left and right turn signal lamp switch (S4s1)  has three positions:

• Turn signal off (a2)
• Left turn signal (a3)
• Right turn signal (a1)

Headlamp flasher and main beam on switch (S4s2) 

As long as the headlamp flasher and main beam on switch(S4s2)  is actuated the corresponding contact is closed.

Low beam switch (S4s3) 

After actuating the low beam switch (S4s3)  the corresponding contact  remains closed as long as the switch is actuated.

Windshield washer system switch (S4s4): 

The windshield washer system switch (S4s4)  has three positions:

• Non-actuated state (b1)
• One-touch wiping (b2)
• Washing (b3)

Wipe switch (S4s5): 

The wipe switch (S4s5)  has three positions:

• Windshield washer off (c1)
• Intermittent wiping (c2)
• Stage 1 "wipe" (c3)
• Stage 2 "wipe" (c4)
