Removing and installing keyless go antenna - AR82.62-P-8000RC

MODEL 230.4 as of 1.3.06 with CODE (889) Keyless Go

	Remove/install
	Risk of fire and explosion caused by machining/treating magnesium components	Keep away from ignition sources and open flames.	AS60.00-Z-0006-01R
	Information on machining/treating magnesium components		AH60.00-P-0023-01R
1	Switch off the ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS control unit	Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove the Keyless Go transmitter card or transmitter key from the vehicle and store beyond the reach of the transmitter (min. 2 m).
2	Remove door lining from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1000R
3	Carefully detach door foil (1) in area A	Door foil (1) must not be damaged, otherwise it must be replaced.
4	Disconnect electrical connector (2)
5	Remove screws and remove left door Keyless Go antenna (A2/38) or right door Keyless Go antenna (A2/40)	Installation:  Ensure correct seating of fastening shackles (3) in the cutouts (4) in the inner door panel and correct seating of left door Keyless Go antenna (A2/38) or right door Keyless Go antenna (A2/40) at the nuts (5).
6	Install in the reverse order
