	Check
1	Remove front fender		AR88.10-P-1000N
2	Unclip clips (8) from multiple-joint hinge (9) and remove cover (10)
3	Remove striker eye (2)
4	Check gaps on front door (1) all the way around.	Gap dimensions on hoods, doors and covers.

	Adjust
5	Loosen bolts (3) from inner door panel (4) and adjust contour of front door on hinge side by moving front door (1).	Loosen bolts (3) only so that it is possible to move the front door (1)Door paneling should be flush with contour of front fender or should be located max. 1 mm deeper.	*BA72.10-P-1002-01E
6	Adjust dimension "D" with front door (1) closed	Measured from bead of front door (arrow) to A-pillar Do not loosen bolted connection on control lever (11).	*BE72.10-P-1002-01C
7	Loosen bolts (5) from A-pillar (6) and adjust gap by moving front door (1)	Loosen bolts (5) only so that it is possible to move the front door (1)	*BA72.10-P-1001-01E
		When an unfinished door is used adjust allowance "E" between front door and rear fender.	*BE72.10-P-1003-01C
8	Install striker eye (2)	Tighten bolts (9) only so that it is possible to move the striker eye (2).
9	Completely close front door and adjust contour on striker eye (2) by moving striker eye (2)	Door paneling (B) should be flush with rear side wall or should extend max. 1 mm.
10	Tighten screws (8) on striker eye (7)		*BA72.10-P-1006-01E
11	Check door for easy motion
12	Check crank window adjustment, if necessary adjust		AR72.10-P-1950N
