Seat belt height adjustment mechanism (front seat) removal and installation - AR91.40-P-1100M

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove front seat up to 31.8.02. AR91.10-P-1000M 
    as of 1.9.02. AR91.10-P-1000MB 
2 Remove B-pillar paneling   AR68.30-P-4700M
3 Unclip Bowden cable (3) using Omega clip    
4 Unclip Bowden cable (3) from deflection in cable duct IMPORTANT Lift floor lining at left front until the deflection for the Bowden cable (3) in the cable duct can be easily accessed.  
5 Disassemble the Bowden cable (3) up to the belt height adjuster (1)    
6 Undo nut from seat belt guide bracket (4) SPECIAL TOOL Torque wrench. Figure
    SPECIAL TOOL Torx bit set. Figure
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on front seat belt guide bracket *BA91.40-P-1002-01A 
7 Undo screw (2, 2 pieces) on belt height adjuster (1) IMPORTANT Upper screw long, lower screw short.  
    SPECIAL TOOL Torque wrench. Figure
    SPECIAL TOOL Torx bit set. Figure
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw to front automatic belt height adjuster *BA91.40-P-1009-01A 
8 Install in the reverse order    
TORQUE SPECIFICATION SEAT BELTS/EMERGENCY TENSIONING RETRACTORS
