	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove air inlet grate (1)	Model 240
2	Remove lower engine compartment paneling (2)	Install lower engine compartment paneling (2) only after inspection of tightness.

3	Detach oil lines (3, 4) from oil cooler (5)	Collect engine oil in reservoir.

4.1	Unscrew nuts (6a) and take out right bracket (6)	Model 215, 220
4.2	Unscrew nuts (6a) and take out left bracket (6)	Model 240
5.1	Pull oil cooler (5) with air ducting (7) out of left bracket (6)	Model 215, 220
5.2	Pull oil cooler (5) with air ducting (7) out of right bracket (6)	Model 240
6	Unfold air ducting (7) and take out oil cooler (5).	If oil cooler is exchanged (5) To do so lift arresting mechanism (7a).
	Checking
7	Check rubber mount (8) in the left and right bracket (6)	Check for wear and correct seating, if required:↓ Replace rubber mount (8.

8	Install in the reverse order
9	Check engine oil level and adjust correctly	See: Perform adjustments on control system
