	Removing/installing
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the hydraulic hoist and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove air inlet grille (6)
2	Remove lower engine compartment paneling	Installation:  Only install lower engine compartment paneling after inspecting for leaks.	AR61.20-P-1105M
3	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-P-1142H
	Notes on coolant	All engines	AH20.00-N-2080-01A
4	Remove coolant hose (1) on the left and right on the additional radiator (5)
5	Unscrew nuts (3a) and take out right bracket (4)
6	Pull additional radiator (5) with air ducting (7) out of the left bracket (4)
7.1	Unfold air ducting (7) and take out additional radiator (5)	When replacing the additional radiator (5). Do this by lifting the lock (7a).
	Checking
8	Check rubber mount (2) in the left and right bracket (4)	Check for wear and correct seating, if required: ↓ Replace rubber mount (2.

9	Install in reverse order
10	Pour in coolant		AR20.00-P-1142H
11	Bleed cooling system		AR20.00-P-1142-06GA
12	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010HA
