1	Unlock ball neck (4)	The ball neck (4) must be unlocked and must not be locked anymore. In the event of a damaged operating lever or cable see: ↓
		Unlocking device for trailer hitch release cable.	WF58.50-P-3111-01M
		Unlock ball neck (4) if operating lever is damaged.	AR31.11-P-8000-03M
2	Remove rear bumper (2)		AR88.20-P-2200MA
3	Remove tie strap (3)
4	Unscrew 13-pin trailer hitch socket (X58)	Do not disconnect electrical connectors. Three screws.
5	Remove tie strap (5)
6	Open retainer tab (6) and pull boot for trailer hitch (1) back over ball neck (4)	Installation:  Pay attention to correct seat of boot for trailer hitch (1).
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Carry out function check of mechanically swiveling trailer hitch		AR31.19-P-1450M
