	Disassemble
1	Remove joint housing (1) with drive shaft		AR33.20-P-0600GX
2	Remove input shaft.		AR33.30-P-0100GX
3	Remove front wheel hub	The tapered roller bearing (6) remains on the front wheel hub.	AR33.20-P-0310GX
4	Remove sealing ring (7)
5	Remove bearing outer race (2)	Internal extractor	Fig 3

6	remove tapered roller bearing (3) and sealing ring (4)	Drift	Fig 7
7	Remove bearing outer race (5)	Internal extractor	Fig 3
		Countersupport	Figure
8	remove end cover (8) and bearing outer races (9)
	Clean
9	Clean parts	Cold degreasing agent/cold cleaning solvent HAKU 1025-920	*BR00.45-Z-1051-04A
	Checking
10	Inspect parts and replace if necessary.
	Assemble
11	Install end cover (8) and bearing outer races (9)	Drift	Fig 10

13	Grease tapered roller bearing (3) well and insert into joint housing (1)	MB multipurpose grease	*BR00.45-Z-1017-06A
14	Smear periphery of sealing ring (4) with sealing compound and install	Replace compression ring (4). Install sealing ring (4) with outer rubber coating without using sealing compound.

16	Smear sealing ring (7) with lubricant and install	Replace sealing rings (7). Drive in sealing ring (7) flush (maximum of 0.3 mm lower). Install sealing rings with outer rubber coating without using sealing compound.	*BR00.45-Z-1012-01A
