Front passenger-side door control module, purpose - GF72.29-P-4106-03TT
The right front door control module (N69/2) has the following purposes:
Scanning the following switches:
- Passenger power window switch (S21/2)
Reading in the following sensors
- Hall signals for right front power window motor (M10/4)
Switching loads via semiconductor switches:
- Right front power window motor (M10/4)
- Right rear power window motor (M10/6)
The right front door control module (N69/2) is connected with the passenger compartment CAN bus for exchanging data.
The right front door control module (N69/2) is coded as driver or passenger control module via the EIS control module (N73). This description applies by analogy to vehicles with right-hand steering
Purpose in combination with air conditioning system
The right front door control module (N69/2) senses the window position of the passenger door and stores this information on the passenger compartment CAN bus.
The AC pushbutton control module (N22) or convenience AC pushbutton control module (N22/7) reads in the signal for the position of the passenger door window to obtain a better control.
Recirculated air convenience locking, purpose
The convenience closing function is activated by pressing the recirculated air button (N22s2 or N22/7s2) for longer than 1.5 s. The right front door control module (N69/2) stores the momentary window position and then closes the window in the one-touch up mode when it is open.
When the convenience closing function is terminated by pressing the recirculated air switch (N22s2 or N22/7s2) for longer than 1.5 s, the window is moved back to the stored position.
