Remove/install multicontour backrest air cushion - AR91.25-P-1740MB

MODELS 220.0 /1 as of 1.9.02 with CODE (433) Left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat with CODE (434) Right dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat with CODE (803) model year 2003, center air cushion

	Remove/Install
1	Remove driver's seat cushion		AR91.10-P-1070MB
2	Removing dynamic seat control module	Only until pneumatic line connecting rail (1) has been unclipped.	AR91.25-P-1800MB
3	Remove covering on front seat backrest	Only remove backrest upholstery with rubberized fiber matting from front seat backrest.	AR91.18-P-1820M
4	Unclip green (gn), blue (bl), red (rt) and yellow (ge) pneumatic lines from pneumatic line connecting rail (1)	Installation:  Position of colored pneumatic lines is marked on the pneumatic line connecting rail (1).
5	Remove tie straps (see arrow) from green pneumatic line (gn)
6	Pull green pneumatic line (gn) through tab in reinforcement plate (10)
7	Remove strips of adhesive tape from top part of center air cushion (6) in backrest frame (2)	Installation:  Fix top air cushions of center air cushion (6) in position with strips of adhesive tape so that they cannot fold down.
8	Fold down top tabs (see arrows) of reinforcement plate (10) out of backrest frame	Installation:  Secure tabs to grid after turning round.
9	Push corners (see arrow, top) of reinforcement plate (10) out of backrest frame (2) to right and left of head restraint guides	Do not damage corners of reinforcement plate (10). Installation:  Top retainer tabs (see arrow, bottom) of reinforcement plate (10) must be led into the second grid bar from the top.
10	Remove center air cushion (6) from backrest frame from above
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Perform multicontour backrest function check
