Removing and installing cover on front seat cushion - AR91.18-P-1800N

MODEL 215 with CODE (401a) Seat ventilation of front seats with CODE (873) Electrically heated left and right front seats

	Removal
1	Remove seat cushion	Put seat cushion down on suitable surface with cover down	AR91.10-P-1070N
2	Unhook cover (1) from lugs (2)
3	Unhook cover (1) from clip groove (arrows) all the way around cushion frame (3)	Relieve tension on cover (1) by pressing down cushion frame
4	Remove cushion frame (3) from rubberized fiber matting (4)
5	Release upholstery clips (5, 11 each) from upholstery wires (6)	For this purpose turn upholstery clips (5) 90° with flat pliers 245 of 416
6	Remove cover (1) from rubberized fiber matting (4) and pull upholstery wire (6) out of textile tubes
	Installation
7	Insert upholstery wire (6) into textile tubes in cover (1) and align
8	Press upholstery clips (5, 11 each) into rear of rubberized fiber matting (4) and align
9	Place cover (1) at sides, position on rubberized fiber matting (4) and align
10	Hook upholstery wires (6) into upholstery clips (5) with installation tool	Pull cover (1) over outer edge of rubberized fiber matting (4) at sides and front
	Installation tool for upholstery wire		WF58.50-P-9118-02A
	Assembly hooks for upholstery wires		WF58.50-P-9118-01A
11	Insert cushion frame (3) into rubberized fiber matting (4)
12	Hook cover (1) in on clip groove and on lugs (2)	Relieve tension on cover (1) by pressing down cushion frame (3)
13	Install seat cushion		AR91.10-P-1070N
