	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove front engine cover
2	Remove fan shroud	Model 211	AR20.40-P-6800TC

3	Remove poly-V-belt on supercharger		AR13.21-P-1202RVK
4	Remove poly-V-belt	Model 211	AR13.22-P-1202RV
		Model 215, 220, 230	AR13.22-P-1202R
5	Remove the center bolt (2)	Installation:  The center bolt (2) should always be replaced. Installation:  Make two markings on the counterholder to aid applying the tightening angle. Use extension.

6	Detach the belt pulley/vibration damper (1) from the crankshaft	Installation:  The groove on the belt pulley/vibration damper (1) must engage in the feather key of the crankshaft.
	Checking
7	Check the tread of the crankshaft radial sealing ring at the hub of the belt pulley/ vibration damper (1)	Check for scoring and galling; if necessary: ↓ Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (1)
8.1	Replace front crankshaft radial sealing ring	When replacing the belt pulley/vibration damper (1) or in the event of leaks at the crankshaft radial sealing ring.	AR03.20-P-3000RVK
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Check engine oil level and replenish oil if necessary	Model 211, 230	AR18.00-P-3035-01O
		Model 215, 220	AR18.00-P-3035-01DA
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 11	Conduct engine test run and check the engine for leaks	In the event of oil loss determine and eliminate cause, otherwise malfunctions, transmission damage, and serious environmental pollution may occur.
