	Remove/Install
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-P-1142HA
2	Remove cylinder heads (9, 10)		AR01.30-P-5800L
3	Remove oil-water heat exchanger (12) at engine block housing	Installation:  Replace O-ring (13) and gasket (14).
		Installation:  Application of sealing compound to cover of crankcase inner V.	AH01.40-P-1000-05A

4	Disassemble/assemble oil-water heat exchanger		AR18.30-P-6840-02L
5	Install in the reverse order
6	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-P-1010HA
