Remove/install coolant thermostat - AR20.10-P-2460L

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray.
Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing coolant.
Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

1 Drain coolant from radiator   AR20.00-P-1142HA 
2 Remove coolant connection (4)    
3 Detach coolant hose to expansion reservoir on connector (5) NOTES Inspect condition of coolant hose and hose clamp, replace if necessary.  
4 Remove thermostat housing (1) with thermostat (2) NOTESInstallation  : Replace compression ring (3).  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA20.10-P-1003-01C 
5 Remove thermostat (2) from thermostat housing (1)    
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Inspect cooling system for leaks   AR20.00-P-1010HA 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION COOLANT PUMP, COOLANT THERMOSTAT
