Pressure gauge connection caused by swallowing brake fluid. caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. - AR42.50-P-0001-01MB

DANGER Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes. Pour brake fluid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

  1. Switch off ignition.
  2. Release pressure from booster circuit (by depressing brake pedal approximately 30 times).
  3. Screw out the nuts (1) on the hydraulic line (2).
  4. Remove angled fitting (3) from hydraulic line.
  5. Install adapter (4) and distribution module (5) between angled fitting (3) and hydraulic line.

    IMPORTANT Instead of the adapter (2 M10x1 outside threaded fittings) a short length of brake line bent to the desired configuration can also be installed.

  6. Connect test line (6) from pressure gauge to adapter (5).
