	Removing, installing
1	Remove fan	Except models with suction fan
			AR20.40-P-5660A

2	Remove fan shroud	Except models with suction fan Installation  : Center fan shroud	AR20.40-P-6800HA
3	Remove cover on sensor strip
4	Separate plug connection for electromagnetic clutch
5	Mark clutch hub to turbocharger housing with colored dot (3)	It is essential that clutch hub is installed again at the same point relative to turbocharger drive shaft. If incorrectly installed, imbalance and vibrations will occur.
6	Clamp hydrokinetic hinged support (1) to sensor strip in front of cylinder head and mount dial gage (2) onto a rivet of the clutch hub with a preload		*WH58.30-Z-1017-12A

7	Apply 12 V from terminal block X 12/3 to connector of magnetic clutch		Fig 5
	Adapter cable for creating contact at connector of magnetic clutch	Engine 111.944/975	WF58.50-P-4781-01A
8	Read off dial gage and note reading. Repeat measurement at the other 2 rivets; rotate engine at crankshaft for this step	Calculate the actual value from the 3 readings and note
9	Remove central bolt; apply voltage to magnetic clutch for this step and additionally apply tension to poly V-belt by hand	Installation  : Always replace (microencapsulated) during final installation after setting gap

10	Take off clutch hub	If tight, the hub can be pressed off with an M8 bolt. Insert a hexagon socket wrench, drill etc. through the hub hole to prevent the shims dropping off Inspect input shaft and turbocharger housing for shims which have dropped off and for foreign bodies Risk of damage to turbocharger gear
11	Measure shims with caliper gage
	Determining total thickness, compare with specified value and set specified value by removing or inserting shims	Aim for lower limit value	*BE09.50-P-1001-01A
12	Insert in the reverse order
