Brake Warning Light

Turn ignition ON. Dual warning light, mounted on dash, should glow when parking brake is applied one notch and go off when parking brake is fully released. Release parking brake and ensure light is off.

Suction off brake fluid from brake fluid reservoir until it is below "MIN" mark on reservoir. Dual warning light, mounted on dash, should glow. Refill brake fluid reservoir to "MAX" mark. Ensure brake warning light goes out. If brake fluid warning light does not go out, check level sensor for sticking, check electrical connector for corrosion and proper connection and check wiring for brake fluid level sensor.
