| 3 | Loosen poly-V-belt (2) and remove | Swivel the tensioning device (3) in an anti-clockwise direction at the hexagon (4) (arrow). Remove the poly-V-belt (2) and slacken the tensioning device (3). | |

| 4 | Inspect poly-V-belt profile, tensioning device (3) and guide pulleys (5) for damage, wear and contamination and replace if required | ||

| Installing | |||
| 6 | Fit on poly-V-belt (2), then clamp | Do not use wax or similar products, as this may cause poly-V-belt (2) to slip. Swivel the tensioning device (3) in an anti-clockwise direction at the hexagon (4) (arrow). Mount poly-V-belt (2) as shown on routing diagram and release tensioning device (3). ↓ |
