5	Fault setting conditions	The engine torque (actual value) calculated based on the intake manifold pressure (pressure sensor signal downstream of throttle valve) does not deviate from the target value more than the permissible tolerance.

7		For all engine load and speed ranges, the engine torque can be limited to the permissible value by the ME-SFI [ME] control unit. Possible causes of fault: Deviation of signal from pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/7) Deviation of signal from pressure sensor upstream of throttle valve (B28/6) Deviation of signal from ambient pressure sensor (in ME-SFI [ME] control unit) Deviation of signal from charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) or charge air temperature too high Fault in charge air control, charge air to high Safety fuel shutoff due to fault in throttle valve actuator (M16/6), Actual value potentiometer or drive Faulty synchronization at start.
