Retrofit CD changer in trunk - AN82.64-P-0001-04MA

  1. Fasten CD player with changer (inside the trunk) (A2/6) with 4 screws, M4 x 6 (21) right and left on bracket of CD changer (1).

    Shown on vehicle with TV tuner and sound amplifier 

  2. Insert D2B coupling (12) and black, 3-pin coupling (24) (voltage supply) into the CD player with changer (inside trunk) (A2/6).

    IMPORTANT Branched off line with black 3-pin coupling (24) is tied back on the existing standard wiring harnesses (23) near the left wheelhouse recess or directly on the wheelhouse near the threaded bolt (3).

  3. Mount the bracket, CD changer (1) together with CD player with changer (inside trunk) (A2/6) on threaded bolt (3) with nut (5 mm) and M5 x 14 screws (2, 4) over left wheelhouse recess (see picture).

    IMPORTANT For vehicles with TV tuner, the bracket for TV tuner is also fastened with the screws M5 x 14 (2) on the left vehicle longitudinal member and the bracket for CD changer (1) is locked with catches (25) in the bracket for TV tuner (magnified figure)

    NOTES When installing ensure that standard wiring harnesses (23) already routed on the wheelhouse are not damaged by the bracket, CD changer (1).

    NOTESDo not buckle or extend fiber optical cable, routing radii must be greater than 25 mm!
