	Remove
1	Use masking tape to cover the side panel adjacent to the side window.	Apply the masking tape to prevent damage to the vehicle's side panel.
2	Affix suction cup tool to side window (1)		*WE58.40-Z-1029-11A
3	Use a sharp knife to cut through rubber seal rubber seal (2) from the outside.	Avoid damaging the antenna cable (A2/33).
4	Fold out the top of the side window (1) to gain access to the antenna plug (A2/33).
5	Disconnect the antenna plug (A2/33).	Applies only to removal of left side window.
6	Remove side window (1)	Inspect side window (1) for damage, replace as indicated.
	Install
7	Remove tape.
8	Install new rubber seal (2) on the side window (1).
9	Use a sharp knife to separate the inside lip (3) on the new rubber seal (2).
10	Apply primer (4) to the rubber seal and the side window opening.	Always ensure that all traces of old adhesive are removed from the side window opening. The primer must be dry before the adhesive can be applied to the side window opening.

11	Adhesive (5) applied to the side window opening.	Adhesive.	*BR00.45-Z-1045-02A
12	Tilt the side window (1), pushing the lower left into place, and reconnect the antenna plug (A2/33).	Applies only to removal of left side window.
13	Position side window (1) and press into place.
14	Align lip on rubber seal (2).
15	Use belts (6) to apply gentle pressure to the side window (1).	The adhesive's curing time is 6 hours.
