	Remove/install
1	Remove top engine cover	Pull top engine cover (2) upwards at both air filter housings and at bracket.
2	Remove air filter housing (2).	When removing the air filter housing (2) make sure that the intake lines (5) are not twisted. If the air filter housing (2) is removed incorrectly, the steel ring in the intake line (5) can become deformed and work itself loose when the engine is running.	AR09.10-P-1150SVK
		Carefully lift air filter housing (2) and remove crankcase ventilation hose (3) from fitting (4) on intake line (5).
		Installation:  Ensure that the catches (6) do not break off when fitting onto the throttle valve actuator (M16/6). The catches (6) can be sucked in by the engine and causes engine damage.
		Installation:  Moisten sealing ring and throttle valve actuator (M16/6) with liquid lubricant.

3	Disconnect connector (7) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	The throttle valve actuator (M16/6) plug (8) must not be removed, because it is bonded. The connector (7) for the throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and connector (9) for the air recirculation flap actuator are identical and therefore can get mixed up. The wiring harness of the throttle valve actuator (M16/6) is marked with blue insulation tape (arrow). If this is not the case, mark the wiring harness before disconnecting the connector (7).
		Installation:  Always apply contact fluid to the pins of the electrical connector (7).

4	Unscrew bolts (10) for throttle valve actuator (M16/6)		*BA07.61-P-1001-01A
5	Remove the throttle valve actuator (M16/6)	Installation:  Use new seal.
6	Install in the reverse order
