Attach Air Recirculation Flap Actuator - AR09.50-P-8843-01T

TORQUE SPECIFICATION Supercharger

BA09.50-P-1002-01B Torx bolt for air recirculation flap actuator Nm 7 7 7
  1. Clean Sealing Surfaces.
  2. Insert New Seal.
  3. Attach Air Recirculation Flap Actuator (M16/7) Loosely On The Charge Air Cooler. Do Not Tighten Torx Bolts (1).

    IMPORTANT The Air Recirculation Flap Actuator (M16/7) Must Be Movable In Order To Allow Trouble-Free Connection Of The Charge Air Cooler And Compressor.

  4. Connect Charge Air Cooler And Compressor Together And Fix Together With Bolts.

    IMPORTANT Do Not Use Sealant Since The Charge Air Cooler And Compressor Will Be Separated Again.

  5. Tighten Front Torx Bolts (2) M16/7 On Air Recirculation Flap Actuator.
  6. Remove Bolts And Carefully Disconnect Charge Air Cooler And Compressor.
  7. Tighten All Torx Bolts On Air Recirculation Flap Actuator M16/7 TORQUE SPECIFICATION .
